‘Time Out Club’

Time Out Support Services are dedicated to providing time out support for over 65’s within the local community. Based at Moseley’s Farm (Fornham All Saints) as well as Gatehouse (Bury St Edmunds) we are able to offer a breather for family members or carers, giving them time to do chores or to have some time for themselves.

Monday – Friday 9.30 – 2.30

Gatehouse, Dettingen Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3TU:
Monday and Thursday 09.30 to 2.30

Everyone attending our sessions are able to socialise through various activities as well as a light lunch with refreshments through the day.

Our staff are all experienced, professional, caring people, who together make an amazing team. Each day starts with a warm welcome, a cuppa and chat.

  • Theme weeks (both clubs)
  • Painting and crafts (both clubs)
  • Once a month live music therapy (both clubs)
  • Baking (both clubs)
  • Garden Time (at Moseley’s)
  • Word search and puzzles (both clubs)
  • One to One times if preferred (both clubs)
  • Table Tennis and sport activities (at Gatehouse)

Both clubs are different and are aimed at what individuals preferences are, so days can vary.
